Sari and Jim had a great "getaway" from the Palm Desert heat on July 18 and 19. After a great day at Salt Creek Beach, we had a wonderful dinner at the Waters in Irvine. A very romantic time.

LUNCH WITH TONY AND CAROL
Jim and Sari met Carol and Tony Fiore at the Laguna Hotel for Lunch during our getaway on July 19. Some reminising by Tony and Jim about the old W-L days, but most of the time was spent about taking about the new things we are doing. It was a great time.

TAKE US OUT TO THE BALL GAME..THE "POWER" THAT IS
Sari and Jim had a great night out at the Palm Spring "Power" baseball game -- among the spray misters and the $1.00 Beer Drinkers. Although we didn't stay till the end (and don't know who won) we had a great time --- and Sari met a new friend

Sari and Jim got out of the heat for a few hours and visited Glen Oaks. Although the Apples weren't in season, we still had a great and fairly cool day.
